Photographer Corky Lee, left, was honored last Friday at a Chinatown banquet fundraiser for Hamilton-Madison House. Lee has been documenting the lives of Asian-Americans in Chinatown for three decades. His work is often exhibited in art galleries and his photographs have been printed in many publications including Downtown Express. Councilmember John Liu (not shown), the city’s first Asian-American Councilmember was also honored at the event.
